This bowl is about 2.5 inches tall and 5 inches wide. It's made of durable mid range stoneware. The inside is a blue rutile glaze with some nice drips. The outside was painted with a black underglaze and then carved through while still in the clay state (sgraffito technique), then I decorated with an underglaze transfer design. The outside has a clear glaze to show the colors and designs. This bowl would make a great dessert bowl, snack bowl, or small soup bowl.
